We started our food truck, Sophisticated Snacks, over two years ago primarily selling charcuterie. We eventually added various items to our menu, but our heart was always charcuterie. We recently decided to purchase a coffee trailer, naming it Sophisticated Sips. We will mostly make espresso (iced and hot) and will occasionally have crepes (depending on events). This will allow us to still cater charcuterie under Sophisticated Snacks, but allow us to serve espresso at events with our DBA Sophisticated Sips (the best of both worlds).
