Whether you're craving a quick lunch, a taste of home, or just looking to try something new, this cart delivers big flavor in every bite. Georgia Boy Southern BBQ & Seafood is a Hernando-based food truck serving up crave-worthy Southern comfort with a bold BBQ focus and down-home sides. Known for smoky, slow-cooked meats and hearty portions, Georgia Boy brings crowd favorites that are perfect for festivals, markets, and community events. The menu features loaded stuffed baked potatoes piled high with your choice of pulled pork, brisket, or chicken, plus classic BBQ sandwiches (brisket, pulled pork, or chicken).
