Meet Cymand’e, a proud pastry chef, wife, mom, grandmother, and retired Army veteran! After 24 years of dedicated service, she’s following her true passion: baking! With a degree from pastry school and experience in one of Florida’s top restaurants, Cymand’e found her greatest joy in creating custom cakes for her clients. Her signature style? Beautiful floral designs using gum paste flowers and buttercream piping—each handcrafted with love and skill. Cymand’e is fully licensed, operating from a commercial kitchen, and uses only wholesome, made-from-scratch ingredients with no artificial flavoring.
